What Booth is
Booth is a set of tools for streamers: a website, panels, and a helper program for Windows. Booth is free today. Paid plans may come later, and we will say so before charging anything. Features marked as early access may change or go away.
Your account
You sign in with Twitch or Google. Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must have the right to use the channels and accounts you connect.
You stay in control
Booth uploads, posts or replies on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram only when you approve that item. The chat bot features you switch on act in your Twitch chat by themselves. You are responsible for what you post, including following the rules of each platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch and others), copyright and music rules, and sponsorship disclosure laws. If we add AI suggestions, they can be wrong, so read them before you approve.
Your content
Your recordings and clips are yours, and your recordings stay on your PC. You give us permission to process what you give Booth only as needed to run the features you turn on.
Third-party platforms
Booth depends on services we do not control. Their rules and limits apply to you. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. We may stop a feature if a platform changes its rules or removes our access.
Acceptable use
Do not use Booth to break the law, to harass people, to post content you have no right to post, to bypass platform limits, or to attack or probe our systems.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
No guarantees
Booth is provided as is. We try to keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise it will never fail, drop a post, or miss a clip. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
